摘要 本文从癫痫的脑代谢显像、脑血流显像、神经递质受体显像、阿片受体显像及单胺氧化酶活性显像等方面阐述了正电子发射断层显像 (PET)定位癫痫灶的机制和应用现状 ,并展望其应用前景。
