摘要
本文综述了脐橙的贮藏保鲜技术的现状与进展。简要介绍了常用的脐橙贮藏保鲜方法,并对脐橙保鲜技术发展方向进行了分析,目的是为了提高果农的经济效益提供一个有益的参考。
Current situation and research progress of navel citrus store and fresh - keeping techniques are reviewed. This paper briefly introduces several methods in common use, analyze the technology trends, provide a useful referece to improve the economic benefits of growers.
