摘要
本文阐述了用氢氧化钾熔融分解样品,硅氟酸钾容量法测定硅块中硅含量,确定了测定的分析条件,在优化的分析条件下对分析方法进行验证,测定样品精密度和加标回收率,其精密度的相对标准偏差均小于0.4%,加标回收率为99.1%-101.3%。本方法简便、快速,数据准确可靠,适用于工业硅块品质的判断。
A method of determination of silicon content in silicon block by Using potassium hydroxide to melt the sample and potassium fluorosilicate volumetric method to analysis was studied. The experiment of confirm the analysis conditions was carried out. Under the optimize analysis conditions, we validated the analysis method and determined the RSD and recovery rate of the sample. The RSD were less than 0.4%, and the recovery rate of this method was found in the ranges 99.1% to 101.3%. The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and is applied to judge the quality of industry silicon block.
