摘要
本论文研究的目的是建立高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中甲基异噻唑啉酮及其氯代物的分析方法。方法中样品以甲醇为溶剂,经超声提取,以甲醇-水(体积比为25∶75)为流动相进行分离,流速为1.00 mL/min,二极管阵列检测器在276 nm波长处检测。实验结果表明该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于化妆品中甲基异噻唑啉酮及其氯代物的分析测定。
To develop a high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of methyl - isothiazolin - ke- tone and methyl chloro -isothiazole Morphlinone in cosmetics. Methods The cosmetic samples were extracted with methanol. The analytes were separated with the mobile phase of V( Methanol): V(Water) = 25:75 at the flow rate of 1.0 mL /min and detected at the wavelength of 276 nm. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and is suitable for the determination of methyl- isothiazolin- ketone and methyl chloro- isothiazole Morphlinone in cosmetics.
