河道整治工程对水产种质资源保护区的环境影响评价研究

Studies on Environmental Impacts of River Training Works on Aquatic Germplasm Resources Conservation Area

水产种质资源保护区是保护水产种质资源及其生存环境,依法划定并予以特殊保护和管理区域,是保护水产种质资源生物多样性的重要措施。本文以涉及水产种质资源保护区的河道整治工程为例,从工程对保护区的水质、水生生物、鱼类资源及"三场"等方面进行环境影响评价研究。结果表明,工程建设对水产种质资源保护区会产生不利影响,其中对底栖动物、产粘性卵鱼类产卵场、河岸带湿地植被影响程度较大。工程建设应遵循相关法律法规要求,落实好环保措施及生态补偿方案,减缓工程建设对水产种质资源保护区生态环境的影响。

Aquatic germplasm resources conservation area is a region defined by law,which plays vital roles in protecting aquatic biodiversity,aquatic germplasm resources and their habitats,it is given special protection and managemento Takeing the river training works involved in aquatic germplasm resources conservation area a case, the paper focus on the study of Environmental Impacts of it through the following aspects, including habitat diversity of river, fish resources and ＂three ） fields＂, aquatic organisms and water quality. The results showed that the project construction have negative effect on the a- quatic germplasm resources conservation area, especially for zoobenthos, spawning grounds of fish with sticky eggs, wetland vegetation of riparian zone. The project construction may avoid or reduce the ecological environmental impact of the project construction on aquatic germplasm resources conservation area, through obeying demands of relative laws and regulations , carrying out environmental protection measures and eco- compensation scheme.
