摘要 [目的]找出蕨菜根状茎快繁中最适培养基配方。[方法]以东北野生蕨菜根状茎为试验材料,研究细胞分裂素、无机盐和糖浓度对出芽外植体数、诱导率、增殖芽数、平均芽数和GGB(原球茎-green globular body)形成率的影响。[结果]对蕨菜根状茎的不定芽分化最适细胞分裂素是2 mg/L KT,平均芽数4.2棵;在BA培养基中诱导出大量的GGB,1 mg/L BA对GGB的诱导率达100%。对蕨菜芽分化最适无机盐浓度是3/4MS,最适糖浓度是3%,此时芽诱导率是95%,平均芽数达4.9棵。[结论]研究结果可为蕨菜产业化快繁体系提供理论依据。 [Objective] The aim was to select the optimum medium for Pteridium aquilium rhizome.[Methodl Using young rhizome' s tip of Pteridium aquilinum as explant, to study the effect of budding explant number, bud induction, bud number, the average number of buds and GGB with different concentration of cytokinin, medium salt and sucrose. [Result] Results showed that the best cytokinin concentration for adventitious bud differentiation was 2 mg/L KT ,and average number of buds was 4.2; we could obtain lots of GGB in BA medium, and the induction rate reached 100% in lmg/L BA medium; the best medium salt concentration was 3/4MS with rate of 95%; the best sucrose concentration was 3% with the rate of 95%, and average number of buds reached 4.9. [Conclusion] The results of research could provide the theoretical basis for propagation of Pteridium aquilinum.
