摘要
针对EPC业务发展需要,结合大型设计院的项目管理实践,阐述了组织模式基本类型,并在此基础上重点分析了职能管理体系建立与项目组织模式建立的内容、方法以及优势。最后,本文强调了组织模式的构建需同时重视考核、激励、培训等配套制度的完善。
Aimed at developing EPC project,this paper make a study on the basic organization mode combined with the project management practice in large design institute.Based on the above,this paper analyzes the content,methods and advantages of establishment of both functional managent system and project organization mode.Finally,this paper emphasizes to pay more attention to the improvement of the supportion system of feedback,encourage and training at the same time.
