金莲花总黄酮成分的含量测定

Determination of total flavonoid content of Flos Trollii

目的 建立金莲花总黄酮的含量测定方法 ,比较不同提取溶媒和方法对总黄酮的影响。方法 分光光度法于波长5 0 0nm处测定总黄酮的含量。结果 总黄酮的含量分别为 :甲醇提取液为 7% (n =5 ) ,平均加样回收率为 10 1.4% ,RSD =0 46 % ;水提取液为 10 .9% (n =5 ) ,平均加样回收率为 95 .9% ,RSD =0 5 1% ;超声乙醇提取液为 4 7% (n =5 ) ,RSD =1 1%。结论 采用不同处理方法 ,样品中总黄酮的含量不同 ,以水提取液最高 ,甲醇提取液次之 。

Objective To determine total flavonoid content and to compare the effect of different methods. Method The content was determined at 500 nm by spectrophotometry. Results Contents of total flavonoids and the average recovery were respectively 7 0% (n =5),101.4%,RSD=0.46% in the sample of carbinol soluble extractive;10.9% (n =5),95.9%,RSD=0.51% in the sample of aqueous extractive;4.7%( n =5),RSD=1.1% in the sample of alcohol soluble extractive. Conclusion The content is different in different samples.The sample of aqueous extractive has the highest recovery and the sample of alcohol soluble extractive has the lowest.
