玻璃化冷冻技术临床应用的安全性 被引量:4

Safety vitrification technology in clincal applications

摘要 随着体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)及其衍生技术的不断发展,低温冷冻保存配子、胚胎以及卵巢或睾丸组织已经成为人类辅助生殖技术(ART)中一个重要的环节。近年来,玻璃化冷冻技术成功用于冻存人类卵母细胞和胚胎。然而,玻璃化冷冻要达到普及性应用之前仍有许多安全性问题有待解决,包括高浓度冷冻保护剂毒性、开放式冷冻载体交叉污染、液氮病原微生物潜在污染以及复苏后胚胎发育潜能及损伤鉴定等。 With the development of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) and derivative technology, cryopreserva-tion of human gametes, embryos, ovarian or testicular tissue have played an important role in the field of human assisted reproductive technology. In recent years, vitrification method has been used successfully to eryopreserve human oocytes and embryos. However, be- fore vitrification really safe enough to be used widely, we should pay more attention to some problems of vitrification, including cryopro- teetant toxicity, the cross - contamination in liquid nitrogen tanks when embryos are loaded in open carriers, pathogenic micro - organ-isms transmission to germplasm by LN2, the safety assessment of embryos after vitrification and many other corlcerns.
