经皮多弹头导航射频毁损治疗肾肿瘤(附2例报告)

Percutaneous treatment of renal tumors using interstitial radio-frequency thermoablation:report of 2 cases

目的 评价经皮射频毁损治疗肾细胞癌的临床价值。方法 对 2例肾细胞癌患者行经皮射频毁损治疗。结果 术后第 2d持续血尿消失 ,1周血沉转为正常。术后 2周CT复查与术前比较肿物影稍大 ,静脉注射造影剂增强后CT值不升高。结论 应用射频毁损治疗肾细胞癌能缓解症状 ,抑制肿瘤生长 。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the percutaneous radio frequency (RF) ablation in treatment of renal cell carcinoma. Method Two patients with renal cell carcinoma were treated by radio frequency (RF) ablation. Results Hematuria disappeared at day 2 after operation,and erythrocyte sedimentation rate became normal within one week.Postoperative computed tomography (CT) showed a completely nonenhencing area in the site of treated tumors. Conclusion The use of radio frequency (RF) ablation in the treatment of RCC is definitely effective for alleviating symptoms and restraining tumor growth.It should be considered as a new method in intervention therapy of renal cancer.
