To establish the index system of local government＇s performance appraisal in decentralization of management activities, three dimensions, namely institutional dimension, economic dimension and inter- ests dimension, should be considered. In-depth studies on these three perspectives are the premises of ensuring the integrity and ingenuity in establishing this performance appraisal system.
