摘要
采用回归分析方法对某省高校辅导员工作满意度和心理授权情况进行统计分析。根据当前辅导员心理授权情况,在系统考察其工作满意度影响因素的基础上,建立了以工作满意度为因变量,心理授权各维度为自变量的回归模型。从管理心理学角度提出高校辅导员工作满意度的控制因素。
In this paper, we analysis the psychological empowerment and the job satisfaction of the coun- selors in university by the method of regression analysis. According to the current situation in counselor's psychological empowerment, we made a systematic study on their job satisfaction and built up the regression model based on job satisfaction as dependent variable and psychological empowerment dimensions as independent variable. Control factors on job satisfaction of college counselors will be sug- gested from the perspective of managerial psychology.
