摘要
根据高校科研经费项目管理的现状,针对高校内部特有的管理特点,从科研项目、科研经费和科研行为,三个方面进行分析,结合实际情况,提出相应的审计管理建议。
According to the current situation of university scientific research and the characteristics of uni- versity internal management, this paper analyzes audit management from three aspects of scientific re- search-project, funds and research behavior, and gives suggestions on auditing management.
