摘要
综述了PTT纤维的染色特性,包括染料的选择,吸附热力学和动力学,染色工艺参数如温度、时间及pH值对PTT染色性能的影响,以及PTT/PET、PTT/棉混纺织物及PTT/PET交织织物的染色性能。分散染料最适合PTT纤维的染色,可无载体常压沸染。分散染料在PTT纤维上的吸附等温线既属于分阶段性的Nernst型吸附,又属于Langmuir型吸附,特别是染料浓度低时,更趋向于分阶段性的Nernst型吸附。在染浴组成相同的条件下,PTT在100℃即可染得与PET在130℃时相同或更深的色泽。由于染色温度较低,分散染料染色PTT所适用的pH值范围也较宽,为PTT织物及其混纺、交织织物染色提供了方便。
The dyeing behaviors of PTT/PET,PTT/cotton blends and PTT/PET mixture are reviewed.Influences of dyestuff, sorption kinetics and isotherms for the dyeing of PTT,and the dyeing conditions such as temperature,time and pH value on dyeing behaviors of PTT textiles are introduced.The disperse dyes are quite suitable for dyeing of PTT under atmospheric conditions without carriers.The sorption behaviors of disperse dyes on PTT belong to both Langmuir and sub-stage Nernst isotherms,and tend to sub-stage Nernst isotherms at low concentration of dyes.Under the same conditions of dye bath,PTT dyed at 100℃ can obtain the similar shade depth to PET dyed at 130℃.Due to low dyeing temperature,a broad range of pH value is suitable for PTT dyeing.The advantages of low dyeing temperature and broad pH value of dye bath are conductive to dyeing of PTT blends and mixtures.
