穴位注射和非穴位注射治疗大鼠肝损伤作用效果的比较

Research on Similarities and Differences in Treatment of Rats Liver Injury between Acupoint Injection and Non-Acupoint Injection

目的:探究穴位注射较非穴位注射对大鼠肝损伤治疗是否存在优势作用。方法:随机分组,除正常组外,模型组、穴位注射组和非穴位注射组以及非穴位注射穴位刺激组用四氯化碳造模。除模型组外,均用促肝细胞生长素进行注射不同部位治疗,后测ALT、AST及肝体指数,肉眼观察肝脏病理变化。结果:除模型组外均能显著减轻实验大鼠肝细胞病变,同时能降低血清ALT,AST的含量;且穴位注射组和非穴位注射组对于各指标也存在显著的组间差异(P<0.05)。结论:穴位注射治疗肝损伤的效果优于非穴位注射组。

Objective： To compare the acupoint injection anti non-acupoint injection in the treatment of hepatic inju~ in rats. Methods： Divided all of the rats in random way. All the groups were modeled with carbon tetrachloride except the normal group. Hepatocyte growth factor was injected to different positions cff the rats except the ones in normal group and then ALT, AST and li~＇er in- dex were measured. The changes of hepatic pathological should be observed by eyes. Results： All the groups significantly reduced the liver cell lesion and the consent of ALT and AST, There was significantly difference between the acupoint injection group and the non- acupoint injection group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The effect of acupoint injection in the treatment for hepatic in.itn~ in rats is better than non-aeupoint injection.
