复方花芪防冻霜对兔耳Ⅱ度冻伤治疗作用的初步研究

Research on Therapeutic Effect of Compound Safflower and Astragalus Cream for Mild Frostbite on Rabbit Ears

目的:观察和研究新型复方花芪防冻霜外用对治疗轻度冻伤的效果。方法:将家兔耳浸入-25℃酒精浴冷冻槽中10 min,复制兔耳Ⅱ度冻伤模型,观察复方花芪防冻霜外用对Ⅱ度冻伤后的兔耳肿胀率和血小板聚集抑制率的影响。结果:复方花芪防冻霜对兔耳肿胀率和血小板抑制聚集的降低效果最为明显。结论:从动物模型的角度验证了复方花芪防冻霜治疗冻伤有较好的疗效。

Objective： To explore the therapeutic effect of compound Safflower and Astragalus cream for mild frostbite on rabbit ears. Methods： Rabbit ears were immersed into alcoholic freezing chamber at -25℃to cause mild frostbite, then the therapeutic effect of compound Safflower and Astragalus cream was explored after smearing the cream on the injured site. Swelling and distension degree, and inhibition of platelet aggregation were chosen as the observation index. Results： It showed that the therapeutic effect of compound Safflower and Astragalus cream for mild frostbite on rabbit ears was the most obvious. Conclusion： This research proves that compound Saftlower and Astragalus cream has a better efficacy for the therapy of frostbite.
