当归补血汤加味食疗治疗崩漏28例疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Curative Effects of Dang-Gui-Bu-Xue Decoction Treated Metrorrhagia on 28 Cases

目的:观察当归补血汤加味食疗治疗青春期、更年期崩漏的疗效。方法:选青春期崩漏16例,更年期崩漏12例,以当归补血汤加大剂量山药,母鸡肉同炖,在月经第3 d开始服用,1剂/2 d,早晚2次,3剂为1个疗程。结果:28例中有效27例,无效1例,总有效率96.43%。结论:当归补血汤加味治疗青春期、更年期崩漏有较好疗效,通过食疗方式给药,使其治疗生活化,更容易被病人接受。且疗效好,无不良反应,老少皆宜。值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the effects of Dang-gui-bu-xue decoction for adoleslence, menopause metrorrhagia. Meth- ods： 28 cases, 16 adolescent uterine bleeding and 12 climacteric metrorrhagia were chose as object of stud）,, and treated them witb soap stewed with Dang-gui-bu-xue deeoclion, high dose yam and hen meat ; asking them to take tbe soup on the third day of menstrua- tion with one dose eve~ two days and twice a day, namely in the morning and evening; three doses ibr a treatment course. Results： The treatment was effective to 27 and ineffective to one out of the 28 cases, with an effective rate of 96. 43%. Conclusion： Dang-gui- bu-xue decoction is effeetive to treat adolescence, menopause metrorrhagia and metrostaxis, and it is more acceptable to patients when the medicine was mixed with daily lood. With good eurative effecls to patients of all ages and no adverse reaction, l）anggu Buxue Decoction was worthy of clinical promotion.
