中医综合疗法治疗盆腔炎后遗症的临床研究

Clinical Research on TCM Therapy on Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的:观察以中医综合疗法治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机理。方法:选择确诊为湿热瘀结型盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者60例,按随机对照原则分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,治疗组口服化瘀利湿法组方的汤药,中药穴位贴敷配合红外光照射,中药保留灌肠,对照组口服化瘀利湿法组方的汤药。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为76.7%。结论:本法治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症临床疗效显著,明显改善临床症状。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the comhination therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae, and to explore the possible mechanism of action. Methods： Selected confirmed 60 eases of the junction of damp heat and pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae in patients, divided into the treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 patients, oral treatmcm group RRI wet group party decoction acupoint sticking with the principle of randomized controlled red light irradiation, TCM retention enema, the control group RRI oral wet group party of decoction. Results： The total effective rate was 90. 0%, the control group, the total effective rate of 76. 7%. Conclusion： The treatment has significant clinical effect in treating plevic inflammatory disease, sequelae and trnprovng the clinical symptoncs.
