中药天竺雾化剂含漱治疗复发性口腔溃疡83例疗效观察

Observation on Clinical Therapeutic Efficacy of Tian-zhu Aerosol Oral Rinse Treatment of 83 Cases with Oral Ulcen

目的:观察用中药天竺雾化剂含漱法治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将83例口腔溃疡患者随机分成两组,其中治疗组43例,对照组40例。治疗组用天竺雾化剂含漱,对照组用氯已定含漱液含漱,观察两组治疗后的效果。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为90.7%及77.5%,2组对比差异有统计学意义。复发率治疗组低于对照组,治疗组的痊愈时间短于对照组。结论:中药天竺雾化剂含漱法治疗口腔溃疡疗效显著,复发率低,同时也缩短了溃疡期。

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of Tian-zhu aerosol oral rinse in the treatment of recurrent o- ral ulcer. Methods： 83 cases of oral ulcer were randomized into two groups, with forty-three in the treatment group and 40 in the con- trol group. In the treatment group, Tian-zhu aerosol oral rinse was applied; in the control group, Chlorhexidine oral rinse method was used, and the effects between the two groups were observed. Results： The total effective rates were 90. 7% in the treatment group and 77.5% in the control group, with significant difference. The recun＇enl rate in the treatmenl group was lower than that in the control group, anti the cured time of the former was shorter than that in the latter. Conclusion： Tian-zhu aerosol oral rinse application is re- markably effective in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer, which lowerirng the recun-ent rate anti shortening the ulcer phase.
