摘要
卵巢低反应是辅助生殖技术中至今尚未解决而且具有挑战性的问题,本文总结了卵巢低反应的诊断标准,可能的病因,从"肾藏精,主生殖"角度出发探讨了卵巢低反应的中医病因病机以及针灸通过补肾提高卵巢反应性的疗效和治疗前景。
Ovary low reaction had not yet been resolved and it was a challenging issue in assisted reproductive technology. This paper summarized the diagnostic criteria of the poor response to ovarian, possible causes. From the point of the theory of kidney storing the essence, discussed the TCM etiology and pathogenesis of the low response to ovarian. And the acupuncture and treatment prospeoted of improving the efficacy of ovarian responsed through replenishing the kidney essence.
