摘要
辨病就是了解和掌握疾病的基本矛盾及疾病的演变规律,而辨证是对疾病发展过程中某一个阶段的概括,二者从不同的角度反映出疾病的本质。只辨病不辨证不能了解到疾病的特殊性,而过分强调辨证则容易忽略疾病发生的本质。"以病为纲,以证为目,病证结合"的诊治方式既可以发挥传统医学的整体观,又可以吸收现代医学的研究成果。
Differentiation of disease was to understand the basic contradictions and the evolution, while differentiation of syn- drome tpyes was to understand the certain stage of the disease, both reflecting the essence and the character from different as- pect. Emphasizing excessively the differentiation of disease was easy to overlook the essence. Taking the way of ＂disease as the key link, syndrome as the certificate for order, combination of disease and syndrome. ＂ As the diagnosis and treatment could not only give play to the overall concept of TCM, but also could take use of modern medicine research.
