灸法治疗原发性痛经介入时机的国内外文献研究概况

Moxibustion Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea about Involvement Occasion Research Situation of Domestic and Foreign Literature

目的:探讨灸法治疗原发性痛经(Primary Dysmenorrhea,PD)最佳介入时机的选择,以更好地指导临床研究和临床治疗。方法:遵循循证医学的原则和要求,采用计算机检索与手工检索相结合的方式,全面广泛地检索国内外相关文献进行分析研究。结果:最终筛选出的57篇文献中,灸法介入多在月经来潮前7 d开始;以月经来潮时结束最多;7 d为一个治疗疗程为选用最多。结论:优化灸法的介入治疗时间和优化疗程天数等问题有待进一步开展高质量的研究。

Objective： To explore the moxibustion treatment of primary dysmenorrheal （PD） about the best involvement occasion and help clinical research and improve the clinical effect. Methods： Following the principles and requirements of EBM, and used both computer retrieval and manual retrieval, roundly retrieved about articles at home and abroad, and analyzed the selected articles. Results： In the 57 selected articles, most of them started the treatment before menstruate, most of them chosen seven days before menstruating. More articles ended the treatment at the end of the period, more articles chosen seven days as the most choose of treatment course. Conclusion： Optimizing treatment time of moxibustion intervention and treatment days. Looking forward to carrying out further high quality research.
