Clinical Prospect of Potential Target Prediction Effect of Left Ventricular Diastolic Dysfunction on Hypertension

高血压已经严重危害人类的健康,成为很多心血管事件的独立危险因素。越来越多的证据表明左室舒张功能障碍能能够提示潜在高血压的存在,并且有助于指导高血压的治疗方案,改善高血压患者的预后。此文就近几年来关于左室舒张功能障碍对潜在高血压的预测作用做一概述。

Hypertension was seriously harmful to human health, and became an independent risk factors for cardiovascular cvents. More and more evidence of left ventricular diastolic dysfimclion could prompt the potential presenee of hypertension, and helped to guide the treatment of hypertension, improve the prognosis of patients with hypertension. In this review, we sumnmrized the recent findings pertaining to the prediction of left ventricular diastolic dysfunction to the potential hypertension.
