本文认为临终病人的心理医护远甚于药物治疗 ,临终病人的心理包括回避、否认、敏感、焦虑、恐惧、忧郁、双重性格等 ,并提出以下医护道德 :重视临终病人的心理医护、积极控制疼痛、尊重和保护临终病人的各种权力、淡化临终病人的角色、满足其各种心理需求。

This article thinks that psychological treating-nursing is much more important than drug treating for the dying patients.Mind of the dying patients includes avoidance,denial,sensitiveness,anxiety,fear,melancholy,twofold-character and so on.The author puts forward the below treating-nursing principles:making much of psychological treating-nursing for the dying patients,active controlling pain,respecting and protecting all kinds of powers of the dying patients,washing role of the dying patients,satisfying their all kinds of psychological desiderations。
