钻井用四相分离器工艺原理及结构分析

摘要 钻井用四相分离器用于欠平衡钻井、控压钻井、含硫化氢井,安装在地面,能够实现气、固、液、油四相分离。该分离器比现有的液气分离器更安全,功能更全面。分析了卧式钻井用四相分离器的工艺原理、结构组成、主要部件的结构和工作原理。它不仅能实现地面密闭分离,而且还减少了钻井现场原有的地面固控分离设备,提高钻井安全性,达到节能、环保的目的。 Four phase separator used in underbalanced drilling, managed pressure drilling, Wells containing H2 S, installed on the ground to realize the separation of gas and solid, liquid, and oil. The separator is safer than the existing liquid gas separator,and its function is also more compre- hensive. The process principle, structure, composition and working principle of main components of the horizontal four phase separator have been analyzed. It can not only realize hermetic separa tion on the ground, but also reduces the solids control and separate equipment that on the origina drilling site,to improve the safety of drilling, achieve the goal of energy saving and environmenta protection.
