摘要
聚乙烯装置干燥器的填料支撑结构需要进行自主设计。文章结合该装置,运用经典的材料力学公式及钢结构知识,详细介绍了填料支撑格栅结构中的重要部件(栅板、支撑梁及牛腿)的设计与计算方法;并结合工程实践经验,对设计与计算中的要点(栅板结构分块原则、牛腿焊缝应力计算的保守取法等)加以归纳总结。
The packed support structure of the dryer in polyethylene device needs independent design.Combining with this device and applying the formula of classical material dynamics and the knowledge of steel structure,this paper introduces in detail the design and calculation method of the important assembly of the packed support structure including the grating plate,support beam and brackets.And then combining with the experience of engineering practice,the paper makes an induction and summary of the key points in design and calculation such as the blocking principle of grating plate,the conservative choice in calculating the weld stress of the bracket and so on.
