摘要
文章从原料管理、设备腐蚀、催化裂化装置的运行缺陷、新建装置长周期运行存在的短板等4个方面"瓶颈"进行了分析,从抓好原料管理,提高设备防腐蚀管理水平;做好设计、制造、安装环节管理;积极引进先进的风险评价技术,做好设备运行的完整性分析;设备检维修;积极推广新技术的应用;制度和法规的配套等6个方面提出了对策。
This paper analyzes the bottleneck in four aspects,such as raw material management,equipment corrosion,the operational defect of the key refining unit-FCC,and the presence of weakness for long period operation of the newly built units.It proposes the countermeasures from six aspects including strengthening raw material management to improve the management level of equipment corrosion prevention,improving the management during engineering,manufacturing and installation stages so as to ensure long period operation of the newly built units,introducing advanced risk assessment technology actively to conduct the integrity analysis of equipment operation,ensuring the long period operation through equipment check and maintenance,promoting the application of new technology actively,and making corresponding laws and regulations.
