摘要
ASME A335P22是高温用合金钢管,这种材料厚度大于38mm时,对焊接工艺及焊后热处理要求较苛刻。质量控制重点是防止冷裂纹和再热裂纹。武汉800kt/a乙烯项目中的超高压蒸汽管采用了相当于A335P22的国产无缝钢管,主管规格为406.4mm×49.22mm。文章结合工程实践,对这种钢管的焊接,包括焊接方法的选择、焊接工艺的选择(坡口形式及加工、焊材选用、焊接参数控制等)、焊前预热和后热保温及焊后热处理均做了较详细的叙述和分析。
ASME A355 P22 is a heat-resistant alloy steel.The welding process and heat treatment requirements are more demanding when the thickness of this material is greater than 38mm.The key points for the quality control are the prevention of cold cracking and re-heat cracking.The ultra high pressure steam pipes which are equivalent to A335 P22 domestic seamless steel tubes are adopted in the 800kt/a ethylene plant of Wuhan with the406.4mm×49.22 mm size as the main pipes.Combining with engineering practice,this paper makes detailed explanation and analysis of the welding method of such steel tubes including the selection of welding method and process such as the groove form and type and the machining,the selection of welding material and welding parameter control,pre-heating before welding and post-heating preservation and heat treatment after welding.
