FELUWA高压煤浆泵软管隔膜破裂原因分析及解决措施

CAUSE ANALYSIS ON THE RUPTURE OF FELUWA HIGH-PRESSURE COAL SLURRY PUMP HOSE DIAPHRAGM AND THE SOLUTIONS

简要阐述了FELUWA高压煤浆泵的工作原理、性能特点以及软管隔膜破裂导致的危害。针对齐鲁煤气化装置双软管隔膜活塞泵的应用情况,认为软管隔膜频繁破裂的原因主要为隔膜腔体的结构尺寸设计不合理、排气补油阀预开度过大、软管隔膜的质量存在缺陷以及工艺操作条件不到位等。通过改进,软管隔膜的使用寿命由2 300h左右达到设计寿命8 000h以上。

This paper briefly describes the working principles,performance characteristics of FELUWA high-pressure coal slurry pump and the harms caused by the rupture of the hose diaphragm.According to the application situation of the double hose diaphragm piston pump in Qilu coal gasification device,it is considered that the main reasons for the frequent rupture are the improper structure design of the diaphragm cavity size,extra big advanced starting opening of the exhaust replenishing valve,quality defects of the hose diaphragm and not-in-place process conditions and so on.After improvement,the service life of the hose diaphragm is increased from 2 300 hours to more than 8000 hours of design life.
