今年10月10日凌晨,利比亚临时政府总理阿里·扎伊丹被不明身份武装分子绑架,又在几小时后获释,此事件成为近期中东北非这片热点区域中的焦点。事件凸显利比亚国内派系混战、政府虚弱的困境与窘态。阿里·扎伊丹以其过硬的政治经历、灵活的手段和兼顾各派的政策主张当选临时政府总理并成功组阁。执政一年来,外交上获国际上多方支持,对内政策赢得民众的好感,就当前而言,唯有扎伊丹能够应对利比亚的乱局。然而,对于现实的利比亚而言,稳定一时易,长治久安难。只有找到适合本国国情的发展道路,并经过长期的艰苦卓绝的努力,才能实现国泰民安。

In the early morning on October 10 this year, Prime Minister Ali Zaidan of the Libyan provisional government was kidnapped by unidentified militants and released hours later, which has lately become one of the focal points in the hot spot of the Middle East and North Africa. As the incident indicated, Libya is in a state of chaos, where domestic factions fight one another and the government is weak. Ali Zaidan got elected as the Prime Minister of the provisional government and successfully formed his cabinet as man with strong political experience, flexibility and policy orientation that takes account of the interest of all factions. Over the year, the provisional government's foreign policy has gained international supports and its domestic policy has won the favor of the broad masses. At present, Zaidan is the only man who can deal with the chaos in Libya. Nevertheless, it is easy to achieve a short period of stability and difficult to have lasting peace for Libya. Libya cannot achieve peace and prosperity unless it finds the development approach that fits its national conditions and worksextremely hard towards such goals.
