摘要
本研究利用植物的3套基因组(核、叶绿体和线粒体)探索红松(Pinus koraiensis)与西伯利亚红松(P.sibirica)的遗传关系,查明东北大兴安岭地区神秘五针松"飞来松"的确切分类地位.研究发现红松与西伯利亚红松具有各自独特的叶绿体、线粒体单倍型,部分核单拷贝基因也在物种间表现出明显分化.研究结果表明红松与西伯利亚红松间具有明显的遗传分化,飞来松应属于西伯利亚红松.
To identify precise taxonomic states of an unknown emigrant pine in Daxingan Mt. and uncover complex genetic relationship between Pinus koraiensis and P. sibirica, we compared genetic variations in species by molecular markers from three plant genomes (chloroplast, mitochondria and nuclear). Network analysis showed that P. koraiensis and P. sibirica had unique chloroplast and mitochondrial haplotypes. However, only half of studied nuclear loci showed similar discrepancy between the two species. This study supports P. sibirica as the emigrant pine.
