摘要
采用大脑中动脉线栓模型,将 63只 Wistar大鼠随机分为假手术组、缺血组、亚低温组,后两者含缺血3h组及分别再灌注1h、2h、3h组。可见低温组谷氨酸(Glu)、天门冬氨酸(Asp)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量较缺血组明显减少,而超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)的含量明显增加。提示亚低温对氨基酸和自由基系统的影响是缺血脑保护的重要机制。
Sixty-three Wistar rats were divided randomly into nine groups: control group, ischemia groups including subgroups of ischemia (is) - h, is-3h/reperfusion (rep) -1h, is-3h/rep-2h, is-3h/rep-3h (n= 7 in each group), mild hypothermia groups including subgroups of is-3h, is-3h/rep-1h, is-3h/rep-2h, is- 3h/rep-3h (n=7 in each group) with Zea longa's animal model of cerebral artery occlusion. It was found that the contents of glutamate, aspartate, MDA in cerebral cortex were significantly lower, but the contents of GABA, SOD and GSH-PX obviously higher in mild hypothermia groups than in the ischemia groups. It was suggested that the change of contents of four types of animo acids and free radial system by mild hypothermia is an important protective mechanism to ischemia neurons.
