草酸钙沉淀作为离子色谱尿草酸测定的尿样预处理法 被引量:9

摘要 为了消除离子色谱法测定尿液草酸浓度时部分尿样中存在的杂质峰对草酸测定的干扰,先在尿液中加入氯化钙而发生草酸钙沉淀,再用盐酸溶解该沉淀即可达到清除杂质峰的目的。结果显示:草酸钙沉淀尿样预处理法能消除杂质峰对草酸峰的干扰,预处理过程中草酸丢失极少,草酸回收率达96%~98%。结果提示:该预处理法可用于存在杂质峰尿样的尿草酸的测定。 In order to remove the interference of impurity to oxalate determination in urine by means of ion-chromatography, calcium was added to the urine to cause calcium oxalate precipitation. Hydrochloric acid was used to dissolve the precipitate to remove the impurity. The results showed that the urine pretreatment method could eliminate the interference of impurity to oxalate determination by means of ion-chromatography. The oxalate loss during the pretreatment was minimum. Recovery rate of oxalic acid were 96% -98%. It was suggested that this pretreatment method for urine could be used to determine the oxalate in such urine samples,in which urine impurity existed.
