正常人卵泡液中胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ的浓度及其与性激素、促性腺激素、胰岛素的关系

Levels of Insulin-like Growth Factor-Ⅱ in Follicular Fluid during the Normal Menstrual Cycle and Its Relationship with Steroids, Gonadotropin and Insulin

为了解正常人卵泡液（ＦＦ）中胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ（ＩＧＦ－Ⅱ）的浓度及其与性激素、促性腺激素、胰岛素的关系，探讨ＩＧＦ－Ⅱ在正常卵泡发育中的作用。对２２例月经周期正常妇女的２６个卵泡期卵泡（周期第７～１７ｄ）ＦＦ内ＩＧＦ－Ⅱ、Ｅ２、Ｐ、Ｔ、ＬＨ、ＦＳＨ、ＩＮＳ以及部分病例血清标本中ＩＧＦ－Ⅱ浓度进行了放免检测，分析血清与 ＦＦ ＩＧＦ－Ⅱ浓度及ＦＦ ＩＧＦ－Ⅱ与性激素、促性腺激素、胰岛素之间的关系。结果发现：ＦＦ ＩＧＦ－Ⅱ浓度与血清之间无相关性（Ｐ＞０．０５），与卵泡大小，周期天数，ＦＦ Ｅ２、ＩＮＳ浓度呈正相关（Ｐ＜０．０５），与 ＦＦ ＬＨ／ＦＳＨ呈负相关（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示ＩＧＦ－Ⅱ是人卵巢自分泌的调节因子，对卵泡的发育起一定作用。

The levels of insulin-like growth factor-Ⅱ (IGF-Ⅱ) in follicular fluid (FF) and its relationship with FF steroids, gonadotrapin and insulin were investigated and the functions of IGF-Ⅱ in ovarian follicle de- velopment explored. A total of 26 FF samples from 22 women of normal mentrual cycle was obtained and the FF IGF-Ⅱ, E2, P, T, LH, FSH, INS as well as the serum IGF-Ⅱ were measured by using RIA. It was found that IGF-Ⅱ level in FF was positively correlated with follicle diameter, cycle day and E2, insulin levels (P<0. 05), but negatively with FF LH/FSH (P<0. 05). It is likely that IGF-Ⅱ plays an autocrine and major roles in follicle development and maturity.
