鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎73例疗效分析

目的:分析鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床效果。方法:选择73例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者,行鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融术后,分析临床有效率和优缺点。结果:3例患者术后感鼻塞症状无缓解,44例患者临床治愈,完全无鼻塞感,26例患者为治疗有效,感觉鼻塞症状有不同程度的缓解,治疗有效率为95.9%,临床治愈率达到60.3%。结论:鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融术能最大程度上保护鼻甲黏膜,可以在不破坏鼻黏膜纤毛黏液毯的前提下实现鼻甲黏膜肥大的肥厚性鼻炎的治愈,是一种新型、疗效高、微创并且经济实用的治疗方法。

Objective：to analyze the chronic hypertrophic rhinitis the clinical curative ef-fect of plasma radiofrequency ablation at low temperature under endoscope.Methods：l - 11 months in 2012 during the diagnosis of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis 73 surgical pa-tients,admission line after low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation under endo-scope,analysis of the clinical efficient and the advantages and disadvantages.Results： 73 patients postoperative except three pa-tients are no ease congestion,44 patients were completely without the feeling of con-gestion for clinical cure,26 patients had dif- ferent degrees of ease feeling congestion for effective treatment,clinical cure rate 60.3%, the treatment effective rate was 95.9% .Con-clusions：plasma radiofrequency ablation at low temperature under endoscope can most likely protect the inferior turbinate mueosa, without destroying the nasal mucosa cilia mucus blanket under the premise of cure hy- pertrophic rhinitis turhinate mueosa hyper-trophy,new,minimally invasive,high curative effect,economical and practical,worth clini-cal promotion.
