心脏搭桥手术的临床效果分析

目的:分析心脏搭桥手术的临床效果。方法:收治冠心病患者108例,试验组68例采用心脏搭桥手术,对照组40例采用药物洗脱支架,通过定期随访对比两组治疗费用、后期不良影响和治疗效果。结果:心脏搭桥组较支架治疗组治疗费用低、不良心脑血管事件(MACCE)低,两组联合终点事件差异无统计学意义。结论:心脏搭桥手术比支架治疗效果更优。

Objective： To analyze the clini-cal effect of heart bypass surgery.Methods： Among 108 cases of patients with coronary heart disease,the experimental group was 68patients with heart bypass surgery,and the control group was 40patients with drug-elut-ing stents,comparing the treatment cost,late adverse effects and therapeutic effect of the two groups through regular follow-up.Re-sults：Bypass group have lower treatment cost, and main adverse eerebrovascular events（MACCE） compared with the control groups,and there was no statistically signifi- cant difference in the combined end point events.Conclusion：The effect of heart bypass surgery is better than stent treatment.
