摘要
目的:探讨手术治疗胃癌患者的临床效果。方法:收治胃癌患者78例,根治性手术切除术46例(58.9%),采用非根治性手术32例(41.1%),其中剖腹探查3例,单纯空肠造瘘术5例,胃空肠吻合术8例,姑息性胃大部切除术16例。结果:78例患者经过随访,1年生存77例,1年生存率98.7%;3年生存71例,3年生存率91.0%;5年生存66例,5年生存率84.6%,死亡11例,均经过淋巴转移。结论:手术治疗胃癌疗效确切,5年生存率高。
Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of treatment of patients with gastric cancer operation.Methods：We select- ed 78 cases of gastric cancer patients from 2003 May to 2009 March.These patients ad-opted radical resection operation in 46 eas-es（58.9%） and the non radical operation in 32 cases（41.1%）.These operation included laparotomy in 3 cases,simple jejunostomy in 5 cases,8 cases of gastrojejunostomy and palliative gastrectomy in 16 eases.Results： We followed up 78 patients.Resuhs showed that 77 patients survive 1 years later and the 1 year survival rate was 98.7%.71 patients survive 3 years later and the 3 year survival rate was 91.0% .66 patients survive 5 years later and the 5 year survival rate was 84.6% .11 eases of lymph node metastasis patients have died.Conclusion：Operation in treating gastric cancer is effective with high 5 years survival rate and it is worth spread-ing.
