两孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术在基层医院的应用体会

目的:分享两孔法腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)在临床工作中的应用体会,并分析其应用价值。方法:对所进行的158例两孔法LC进行分析总结。结果:两孔法LC与常规3孔法相比较在手术时间、术中出血、住院时间、住院费用、病情恢复等方面差异无统计学意义。结论:在基层医院可根据患者要求开展两孔法LC,但不宜推广为常规手术方式。

Objective：We want to share the experience of two hole LC in clinical work and analyze its application value.Methods： 158 cases of two hole LC in our hospital was analyzed and summarized.Resuhs：The two hole LC method and the conventional three hole LC method is compared in operation time,bleeding during operation, hospitaliza-tion time,cost and illness recovery and there was no significant difference.Conclusion：We can according to the requirements of pa-tients in primary hospitals to carry out the 2 hole method LC, but should not be extended to the normal operation mode.
