米索前列醇用于无痛流产效果分析

目的：观察无痛流产前应用米索前列醇,对术中宫颈扩张作用、手术时间及术中出血的影响,探讨其临床疗效及其安全性。方法：将停经6~10周,要求手术终止妊娠的患者300例,随机分为3组,A组（口服米索前列醇）100例,B组（阴道放置米索前列醇）100例,对照组（术前不用药）100例。结果：A组、B组的宫颈扩张效果及手术时间、出血情况,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,A组、B组的宫颈扩张效果好于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,A组、B组手术时间较对照组明显缩短（P〈0.05）,术中出血量A组、B组明显减少（P〈0.05）,差异有统计学意义。结论：无痛流产前使用米索前列醇可扩张宫颈,减少手术时间和术中出血量,具且有安全、简单的特点。

Objective：To Observe misopros-tol application before painless abortion,in-traoperative cervical dilation effect,opera-tion time and intraoperative bleeding situa-tion,to explore the clinical curative effect and security.Method：300 cases of patients menelipsis 6-10 weeks,require surgical termination of pregnancy,randomlydivided the patients into three groups,A group（oral misoprostol） 100 cases,B group （vaginal misoprostol isplaced）100 cases,the control group （the control group preoperative no medication）100 cases.Results：Cervical dila-tion effects,and the operation time,bleeding of A group and B group,there was no statisti-cally significant difference（P〉0.05）;cervi-cal dilation effects of A group and B group are better than the control group,difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）;the op-eration time of A group and B group are sig-nificantly reduced than the control group, difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;bleeding of A group and B group are significantly reduced（P 〈 0.05）,difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：The use of misoprostol before painless abortion can dilation cervix,reduce operative time and intraoperative blood,safe,simple,suit- able for promotion.
