妊娠合并恶性肿瘤20例妊娠结局分析

目的:探讨妊娠合并恶性肿瘤患者对妊娠结局的影响。方法:收治妊娠合并恶性肿瘤患者20例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:20例妊娠合并恶性肿瘤患者,产妇死亡11例,产妇死亡率55.0%;胎儿死亡5例,胎儿死亡率25.0%;流产儿3例,胎儿流产率15.0%。结论:妊娠合并恶性肿瘤对母婴影响较大,二者死亡率均较高,影响预后治疗效果。

Objective：To discuss the influ-ence of the pregnancy outcome in pregnancy with malignant tumor patients.Methods：To collect 20 cases of pregnancy with malignant tumor patients from June 2005 to July 2011, retrospective analysis these clinical data.Re-suits：In the 20 cases of pregnancy with ma-lignant tumor patients,maternal deaths 11 cases,maternal mortality rate is 55.0%,foetal death 5 cases,fetal death rate is 25.0%, aborted fetus 3 eases,fetal abortion rate is 15.0% .Conclusion：The influence of preg-nancy with malignant tumor to maternal and child is larger,the both mortality rate were higher,it can affect the prognosis and thera-peutic effect.
