腰硬联合麻醉复合全麻在腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术中的应用

目的:探讨腰硬联合麻醉复合全麻在腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术中的临床疗效。方法:选取将要进行腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除手术的患者40例,随机均分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用腰硬联合麻醉复合全麻麻醉,对照组采用单纯静脉全麻,并分析两组麻醉情况。结果:观察组术中和术后心率、收缩压和舒张压明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且苏醒后烦躁反应例数少(P<0.05)。结论:腰硬联合麻醉复合全麻对于腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除手术是理想的麻醉方式。

Objective：To explore the effect of combined spinal anesthesia combined with general anesthesia in laparoscopic as- sisted vaginal hysterectomy surgery.Methods： We choose 40 cases who will be carried out laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy operation.These patients were randomly di-vided into observation group and control group with 20 cases in each.The observation group was treated with combined spinal an-esthesia combined with general anesthesia. The control group was treated with intrave-nous anesthesia.We analyzed the anesthesia of the two groups.Results：The observation group of heart rate, systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly lower than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05） during and after surgery.The number of dysphoria of observation group was smaller than con-trol group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：The method of combined spinal anesthesia combined with general anesthesia in laparoscopic as- sisted vaginal hysterectomy surgery is help-ful.
