摘要
目的：总结顽固性高血压在中西医结合方面的治疗经验,进一步提高临床效果。方法：收治顽固性高血压患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组单用西药口服降压药,药物主要有钙离子拮抗剂、血管紧张素受体拮抗剂（ARB）、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）、利尿剂、他汀类、阿司匹林肠溶片等,观察组在对照组的基础上加服中药。方药组成：川厚朴10g,枳实10g,生大黄（后下）9g,茯苓30g,泽泻30g,川牛膝15-30g,地龙15g,山楂30g,川芎12g,丹皮10-15g,赤芍15-20g,石决明30g,夏枯草25-30g,钩藤15-30g,血脉瘀阻型加丹参30g,葛根30g,心脾两虚者去丹皮、赤芍,加白术15g,太子参12g;脾肾阳虚者去生大黄,加白僵蚕12g,制附子9g;肝肾阴虚、肝阳上亢者,加生地30g。水煎,日1剂,连续治疗1个月。结果：两组治疗后血压均明显下降,但是观察组下降显著,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,两组经过1个月的治疗,两组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗顽固性高血压血压下降幅度较大,血脂下降水平也较大,临床效果显著。
Objective：To sum up the treat-ment experiences of resistant hypertension in the aspects of traditional Chinese medi- cine and western medicine,to further im-prove the clinical effect.Method：To collect 100 cases of resistant hypertension patients, from July 2012 to June 2013.Randomly di-vided into control group and observation group,each group have 50 cases.The control group only use western medicine oral anti-hypertensive agents,drugs are mainly calci-um antagonists,angiotensin receptor block- er（ARB）,angiotensin converting enzyme in-hibitor（ACEI）,Diuretics,statins,aspirin teric-coated tablet,etc.On the basis of the observation group,in the control grouptake traditional Chinese medicine.Side medicine composition：sichuan magnolia bark 10g,im-mature bitter orange 10g,raw rhubarb（decoct later） 9g,poria cocos 30g,rhizoma alismatis 30g,medicinal cyathula root 15-30g,lnm-bricus 15g,maybush 30g,ligusticum wal-lichii 12g, cortex moutan 10-15g,root of common peony 15-20g,concha haliotidis 30g,elfbeal 25 - 30g,uncaria 15 - 30g,blood stasis resistance type plus the root of red-rooted salvia 30g,the root of kudzu vine 30g;the virtual of heart and spleen minus cortex moutan,root of common peony,plus white atractylodes rhizome 10g,radix pseu-dostellariae 12g;spleen and kidney yang de- ficiency minus raw rhubarb,plus silkworm larva 12g, radixaconiti lateralis preparata 9g; Liver and kidney deficiency,hyperactivity of liver-yang plus virgin soil 30g.Decoct with water,clay one agent,one months in a row.Re- sults：In the two groups were significantly de-creased after treatment,but the observation group decreased significantly,comparedwith the control group with significant differ-enee（P〈 0.05）.Two groups of patients after 1 month of therapy,the two groups before and after treatment with significant differ-ence（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Combining tradi- tional Chinese and western medicine treat- ment of resistant hypertension blood pres- sure drop is bigger,blood lipid level is bigger also,clinical effect is remarkable,is worth to promote
