幽门螺杆菌与慢性浅表性胃炎中医证型关联性分析

目的:探讨和分析三联疗法在抗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)中的应用效果,使用三联疗法治疗Hp相关性浅表胃炎,观察在治疗前后其中医证型的变化情况。并对幽门螺杆菌与慢性浅表性胃炎中医证型的关联性进行研究和分析。方法:收治慢性浅表性胃炎患者90例,采用三联疗法进行治疗。结果:在使用三联疗法治疗之后与治疗前相比,数量增加的是脾胃湿热证型患者,而数量减少的是肝胃不和证型患者(P<0.05)。但是,虽然脾胃虚弱证型患者与治疗前相比有一定的增加,但是不具有可比性(P>0.05)。结论:对确诊之后的慢性浅表性胃炎患者采用三联疗法治疗,具有很好的抗Hp效果,并且在经过治疗之后,患者的中医证型出现了很大改变,大多数还是趋向于湿热型。

Objective：We study the triple therapy in the treatment of Hp associated superficial gastritis,observing the effect of triple therapy in the treatment of Hp associ-ated superficial gastritis and changes of syn-drome of tcm before and after treatment.We study the association of Helicobacter pylori and chronic superficial gastritis in TCM. Methods：We selected 90 patients who were admitted between 2008 March to 2010 June and were treated with triple therapy.Results：After treatment,the number of the spleen and stomach damp heat syndrome type pa- tients increased,while the number of dishar- mony between liver and stomach syndrome patients decreased（P 〈 0.05）.The number of weak spleen and stomach syndrome patients have increased,but not comparable （P〉 0.05）.Conclusion：It has good anti Hp effect to treat chronic superficial gastritis with tri-ple therapy.After treatment,The syndrome of TCM of patients has great change and most still tend to damp heat type.
