中药内外合用治疗瘀胆型肝炎的观察

目的:观察中药内外合用治疗瘀胆型肝炎的疗效。方法:收治瘀胆型肝炎患者128例,运用随机方法进行分组,治疗组在西医治疗的基础上加上中医药治疗,而对照组仅进行西医治疗。结果:治疗组痊愈36例(56.25%);对照组痊愈7例(10.9%)。治疗组有效24例(37.5%);对照组有效6例(9.4%)。治疗组无效4例(6.25%);对照组无效51例(79.7%)。结论:中药内外合用治疗对于瘀胆型肝炎治疗效果显著,明显优于对照组,未发现不良反应,优于单纯西药治疗。

Objective：The observation of the curative effect of Chinese medicine inside and outside combined application to choles-tatic hepatitis.Method：Collecting 128 ehole-static hepatitis patients,from March in 2010 to December in 2012.By utilizing the meth-od of random grouping,treatment group on the basis of western medicine treatment,and with addition of traditional Chinese medi-cine treatment,while the control group only western medicine treatment.Results：36 cas-es are recoveried in treatment group（56.25% ）,7 cases are recoveried in control group（10.9% ）.24 effective cases in treatment group（37.5%）,6 effective cases in control group（9.4% ）.4 uneffective eases in treatment group（6.25%）,51 uneffective cases in control group（79.7% ）.Conclusion：The treatmen-t Chinese medicine inside and outside combined applicationto cholestatic hepatitis is remarkable,is better than the control group,without adverse drug reation,is better than alone western medicine treat- ment,is deserved to promotive use in the clinical work by the general infection clini-cal doctors.
