开展糖尿病0级足筛查的意义

目的:了解开展糖尿病0级足筛查的意义。方法:收治2型糖尿病患者320例,进行糖尿病足危险因素和足部症状的筛查,对筛查的阳性病人进行积极干预。结果:320例患者中235例患者存在多个糖尿病足危险因素,194例患者存在足部症状。通过早期积极干预治疗,随访3年,均无发生足部溃疡。结论:开展糖尿病足0级筛查工作至关重要,糖尿病足的一般检查方法简单快捷,重复性好。

Objective：To explore the signifi-cance of developing 0 Level diabetes foot screening.Methods：We selected 320 patients with type 2 diabetes from 2009 December to 2013 January.We screened the risk factors of diabetic foot and foot symptoms in these patients.We take active intervention to pa-tients with positive results on screening.Re-sults：In 320 patients,235 patients had muhi-pie risk factors of diabetic foot amt 194 pa-tients had foot symptoms.We take active in- tervention for three years and there was no foot ulcer.Conclusion：It is cnacial to develop 0 Level diabetes foot screening.General ex-amination for diabetic foot is simple and fast, so it is worth spreading.
