摘要
目的:探讨通过13C-尿素呼气试验检测Hp感染在临床中的应用。方法:对266例患者进行13C-尿素呼气试验检测。所有检测对象按年龄分为老年组和对照组,年龄60~80岁的115例患者为老年组,年龄16~59岁的151例为对照组。受检者空腹,平静吸气后,向收集管内用力呼气,为零时气;再用80~100ml凉饮用水送服尿素13C颗粒,然后静坐30分钟,采用以上相同的方法取第二管气样。结果:总受检人数266例,13C-UBT Hp阳性125例,阳性率47.0%。老年组115例中幽门螺杆菌感染阳60例,感染率84.2%,对照组151例中幽门螺杆菌感染阳性65例,感染率69.2%。结论:13C-尿素呼气试验检查便捷、用时短、无痛苦、安全性高。
Objective：Discussion by ^13C -urea breath test for detection of Hp in-fection in clinical applications.Methods：On 266 cases of patients with ^13C -urea breath test.All objects detected by age into old age group and the control group,aged 60 to 80 years old age group for the 115 patients, aged 16 to 59 years of 151 cases of the con-trol group.Fasting,the calm breathing,forced expiratory into the collection tube,when zero gas;then 80 - 100ml cold drinking water de-livery service ^13C urea granules,then a sit 30 minutes,using the same method as above to take a second tube gas samples.Resuhs： The total number of subjects 266 cases, ^13C-UBT Hp positive 125 cases,the posi-tive rate of 47.0% .115 cases of elderly pa-tients with Helicobacter pylori infection in the male 60 cases,the infection rate was 84.2% ,151 cases in the control group,65 cases positive for Helicobacter pylori infec-tion,the infection rate of 69.2% .Conclusion：^13C-urea breath test to check convenient, with a short time,no pain,high security,espe-cially in elderly patients should be widely promoted in clinical.
