摘要
目的:探讨不规则抗体对输血以及疾病治疗的影响。方法:对1例怀疑存在不规则抗体的样本进行分析总结。结果:该血液样本中存在着不规则抗体,对多个反应发生凝集。结论:不规则抗体的存在要引起我们的重视,以保证在临床输血以及疾病治疗中的用血安全。
Objective：We investigate the ef-fect of irregular antibodies against blood transfusions and treatment of disease.Meth-ods：We analyzed one case which was sus-pected with irregular antibody.Results：The blood sample exist irregular antibodies and cause agglutinate reaction with many tests. Conclusion：We should pay attention to the existence of irregular antibodies in order to ensure the safe use of blood.
