摘要
目的 探讨N糖基化抑制对肿瘤细胞中性鞘糖脂 (N GSLs)合成的影响。方法 以衣霉素 (Tunicamycin)为N 糖基化抑制剂 ,观察其对胶质瘤细胞株SWO 38糖蛋白及N GSLs合成的影响。结果 当衣霉素浓度≥ 5ug ml,作用时间≥ 8小时 ,它可以在体外选择性地抑制N糖蛋白的合成 ,同时也抑制N GSLs的合成 ,而对N GSLs单一组分的相对百分含量无明显影响。结论 N 糖基化抑制剂在抑制细胞N糖蛋白合成的同时 ,对细胞N GSLs的合成也有抑制作用。
To study the effects of N-glycosylation inhibition on the expression of neutral glycosphingolipids(N-GSLs)in cells.Methods The influence of tunicamycin on the expression of N-glycoprotein and N-GSLs in glioma cell line SWO-38 in vitro was studied.Results When incubated with tunicamycin 5ug/ml for more than eight hours,the cells expression of N-glycoprotein and N-GSLs was inhibited.Conclusion At the time and concentration of N-glycosylation inhibitor influence on the expression of N-glycoprotein,it can also inhibit the expression of N-GSLs in cells.
