摘要
目的:探讨在骨外科临床教学中使用以问题为基础的教学法(简称PBL教学法)的可行性。方法:将70名临床专科实习同学随机分为两组,一组实施PBL教学法,一组采用普通的教学方式,对两组进行评价考核。结果:骨外科PBL教学法组综合总成绩明显优于普通组。结论:PBL教学法在临床教学中可明显提高临床教学效果。
Objective:Explore the feasibility of use Problem-based learning method in orthopedic surgery clinical teaching.Meth-ods:Divided T70 clinical specialties intern-ship students into two groups randomly,one implemented the PBL method,another with a common teaching methods,assessment and evaluation for the two groups.Results:Con-solidated total score of PBL group signifi-cantly better than the normal group.Conclu- sion:PBL teaching method in clinical teach-ing can significantly improve the clinical ef-fectiveness of teaching.
