摘要 国家标准GB/T14594-93《电能质量公用电网谐波》对单个用户注入电网的谐波电流及PCC点的谐波电压做了限值要求。在单一谐波源用户接入的情况下,可以此为依据,评估用户的谐波责任。然而目前电网中更为普遍的是,在一种复杂谐波环境下,谐波电流和电压测量值均是由众多谐波分量叠加而成,而国标中并未给出相应的评估方法,这给电能质量评估工作带来了相当大的困难。文章对此进行了大量的调查研究,首先,给出了实例,指出现有评估方法的不足之处;随后在现有计算方法的基础上,从谐波电压角度提出一套评估用户谐波责任的实用方案;最后进行了实例分析,证明了所提方案的有效性。 GB/T14594-93 Quality of electric energy supply Harmonics in public supply network provides some regulations of limits tier customer's infuse harmonic current and harmonic voltage at PCC. At the condition of only one harmonic user connecting to the grid, user's harmonic responsibility can be evaluated based on this standard. But the measured value is superposed by many harmonic components in complex harmonic environment, and there is no related assessment method in national stardard, hence it is very difficult to estimate the power quality. On the basis of the large-scale investigation, it briefly analyzed the deficiencies of existing methods firstly. Then based on current calculation methods, a practical method for assessing harmonic responsibility was presented from the angle of harmonic voltage. Finally. an example analysis was offered to illustrate the effectiveness of this method.
